Hi Guys, to much regret I'm breaking my H22A8.

The bottom end has gone and I don't have the time or the know how to put her right.
I will start stripping her and listing the main parts this week.
the only after market bits are a Powerflow exhaust which i got of Nathan, which sounds fantastic, one of the best I've heard on a honda I'm sure Nathman can vouch for this lol. Decat pipe etc.
also have oem Exhaust system.

Let me know what your interested in and ill get you a price. Im willing to ship the smaller items.

Only as you had the subframes for them didn't you? Do you have pic of which style they are (Google would do). I'm just quite particular about which ones I like
