Screen has a few marks on which aren't visible once it's on
Wear and Tear Marks to rear case
Rear case has small insignificant (but worth mentioning) crack near the dock port which alot of iPhone 3/3GS's suffer from (see pics)
Occasionally there is interference when making a call. Doesn't seem to happen when on EDGE or 3G
