says its for 4th gen 1994 prelude vtec - doesnt look right - could it be from an accord type r...

Looks the same as the one iv got in the shed
for a 5th oem but think 4th is the same anyway

That's a 5th gen downpipe.
4th gen are different length and have O2 sensor mounted on top rather than the side
