Yes it is. In my opinion the price is so low like never before. I am really shocked that no one placed the bit. This price is my minimum. This is original mugen bumper with original grill with all original brackets for fogs, blinkers and two sets of covers - well not the original one but they are looks the same.

problem is mugen stuff is quite a niche market

someone should come along, beats a mugen rep bumper for sure
