Its a 1991 JDM. Its the facelift 3rd gen like my old one and all JDM were BA5s. Si is Japan as well as USDM.honda-hardy wrote:not sure on this one. it seams a bit strange a little like Frankenstein?
firstly being rhd 4ws its a ba5 jdm, but its chassis number is older than mine but it has the facelift back end that is not interchangeable unless major structural welding has been carried out. also it has a later 3rd gen steering wheel on too. also in the description it says si, well si was only an american spec as far as i can tell with out 4ws yet this is jdm as it has the digital climate control.
love the wheels. shocking paint colour sceme though
Congratulations to vtecmec for winning May/June's Lude Of The Month, with his DIY Turbo BB1 build.

Interesting indeed, there's parts which I love, but then other things ruin it overall.
I personally like those wheels.
The subtle kit it has is the main win for me - the guy that came to Japfest last year with his H22 converted 3rd gen had the same kit - I'd never seen it before. He said he'd had quite a few 3rds gens now to find the kit he had.
Remove the chrome arches and strip, respray the white back to the blue, return the interior back to something you could bare to be in and I say you'd have one tidy 3rd gen.
