A tip if you don't like the smell or taste of chlorine in your water, let it stand for ten minutes and it will go.

I thought you said the council depot was open 24 hours trigger!

     @nitin AND pushki.

ALL water that comes out of ANY cold tap in your house is connected to ONE incoming pipe. toilet, kitchen and bathroom. If you have an outside tap? yep, you guessed it.

ALL the water that comes out of ANY hot tap in your house will be from a storage tank. This is fed by the same incoming pipe as the cold.

if you drink either often you will grow bitch tits due to the solulated oestrogen in the water table and recieve slow flouride and chlorine poisoning but thats it.

if it says water on the bottle whats the issue? [people are stupid enough to buy ANYTHING.

“Our two litre bottle is 17p. For comparison – if a customer bought a Brita water filter jug at £16 and used it for the recommended 40 gallons, it would cost 21p to produce two litres of filtered water.
"We’re saving our customers time and money – as well as providing a container.”

I buy this to use in my screenwasher bottle, as the water in Bristol is quite hard so leaves marks when it dries.

Nice to know its definitely filtered :)

Combi boilers don't put water through a storage tank they heat it direct. Also, anything installed within a boudary to a property has to comply with regulation 4 and in turn BS6920 which is materials approval standard for non-metallics components on contact with water. The standard checks for basically any substances hazadous to health and the growth properties for micro organisms such as leginella and sudomonus (excuse my spelling).

It's illegal to install non-compliant products and connect them to the water main and has been for many years.

Sorry, this exact subject is what I run tests for in my job. There is a lot of working put into ensuring products are fit for purpose.

As for the female hormone thing, I've heard this too. You'll be fine out in the sticks, it'll be driven by population density and the amount of retreated water which is used but if your in London your outie will be an innie soon
