Yes, it will. The black patch will soak up the heat from the sun and increase the thermal capacity of your screen. When you go to drive the air next to the screen will be warned more than the air at the back. This will make it less dense and produce a pressure differential between the front and the back of the car which will suck the car forward. This will be enhanced further by the convection current at the front as the air rises off the screen also reducing pressure, and as air is already rising the friction to start the air movement will be less when you move off.
