£425 classified ad!
HOW CHEAP?
It's a good size, too (5.5 x 15ft)
Unfortunately it wouldn't take the weight of a CX bouncing around on the back of it though

Hmmm I would like one of these but I would also need something to toe it with

Twin axle is the only one you want if you intend to travel any kind of distance. Single axle will have you weaving over every lane with the weight of a prelude on it at anything over 20 mph. Leave it there is my advice.

Yep, I wasn't recommending it for a prelude either. For what it was built for (MG's) it'll be fine and that is really cheap for a trailer that size and in that condition.

I wonder what the MAM of that trailer is, I didn't think caravans are that heavy?
On a similar subject is anyone well versed on the laws regarding towing? I plan to take my B+E this year and use the Isuzu for towing, but it doesn't appear to have a plate detailing it's MAM for towing as it's a Japanese import... Theoretically does this mean VOSA could collar me for towing with it? As my dad's UKDM Trooper has a plate on it detailing all the weights it can tow/carry

Nope, that shouldn't make any difference to whether you can tow or not.

Are you sure? I thought I read somewhere that the maximum gross train weight or trailer weight had to be stamped on to a plate on the chassis, so that if VOSA pull you they can check it against what you're towing? I don't think there will be a figure recorded for Bighorns on any UK database as I don't believe the DVLA recognise them as a model?
Annoying as I'm sure it would be a very capable towing machine... My Dad used his Trooper to pull out a post and rail fence he no longer needed the other day, he said it made light work of the job
