3G 4ws - only 1 in UK

I've come across quite a few 3G's for sale lately, according to the owner this is the only one in UK

TBF I don't thInk I can recall seeing one in that spec (pre-facelift, with a7 engine, 4ws and leather) for sale recently?
That is a fair price for one in that good condition IMO.
