BTW, something else I picked up in one of the blogs... I knew about the soon to (unfortunately) be introduced rolling 40 year mot exemption, but according to the blog... this only applies if the vehicle "hasn't been modified".
What counts as being modified? And who is the arbiter to decide whether a vehicle has been modified and therefore should have been sent for an mot (but the owner hasn't)?!
