5G AZECT Front Splitter/Spoiler

Hey Guys,
I have come across this front lip which I have never seen before, its made by a company called Azect which I believe is JDM.
I wondering how rare this item is, how much is it worth?
Also had anyone got any pictures of this lip fitted?

I bought it, collecting it tonight! Super good condition aswell, not a crack in sight!

I sold my just as rare 4th gen Azect front lip to someone in California for £200 before shipping a couple of years ago. I wouldn't have expected to get this lip for anything less than £150!
