A sad time

Post by NafemanNathan » Wed Jun 27, 2018 3:58 pm

Recently I've been focusing my efforts into clearing the massive undergrowth at the bottom of my garden. I've spent several evenings so far and have so far built an almighty +12foot tall +15foot diameter bonfire, with an only slightly smaller second pile to feed into it! I've found allsorts of crap that my neighbourhood friends have donated to me over the years, from punctured footballs and empty cider bottles, to 2 metal bedheads (Both definitely left at different times!) and a BMX bike (That has since gone missing again!).

But by far, the worst thing I've found was face down in a damp patch buried under a huge growth of thorns. I'm not quite sure how to say this to you guys, but some of you on here will know him. He'd been a member on here for quite a number of years and was on PreludeUK before that. He'd been quiet of the forum for the past year or so, and it's evident that's approximately how long he's been missing.

Needless to say, the police have been involved and his family and friends have been told.

Obviously view this next part with your own discretion (it isn't nice), but I just felt you should all share my shock and should all be aware of what could happen to any of us!...

The worst part was once I'd rolled him over woodlice started to climb out of his eyes!!!

RIP Furby[/spoiler]
My heart goes out to his friends and family

RIP Furby.
