A H22 in RWD layout would be bonkers, due to the placement of the gearbox they spin the wrong way to covert to RWD easily, same reason you don't see a b series in that layout. K20 has the gearbox on the correct side for conversion to RWD, same reason they have started popping up in S2000's, plus the K series is better in several ways and far cheaper than a replacement F20C.

It's actually a Mercedes m111 engine and a opel omega rear subframe
