Its a hassle to strip parts from a car, and ship em off / delivery, and end up with your driveway looking like a scrap yard.
Hoarding parts is rarely useful - the quality of the original parts are very high, so the failure of them is rare. Outside of service parts , or minor parts that can be substituted with generic things, how often do you find yourself needing to replace a specific part...
I wouldn't mind the seats if they offered a bit more support during track days, but would struggle to justify the expense and hassle of buying the whole car.

I'd consider it but I picked up a new Lude yesterday, that's the third one in our house at the moment

Yep. I've always felt under-privileged having only two.NafemanNathan wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 4:28 pm3 Preludes is the best number to haveJackson Bondy wrote: ↑Thu Jun 13, 2019 12:18 pmI'd consider it but I picked up a new Lude yesterday, that's the third one in our house at the moment

Sadly one is in pieces at the moment as it's in the process of being converted to a manual and my daily will be going up for sale, I'm too attached to it

Yeah, it's sold now. I didn't bother in the end, I just don't have the time more than anything else.

I was tempted - if the registration process hadnt have required an activation (proof of adress docs) then id have been bidding - should have checked in with the mrs yesterday instead of leaving it last minute...

This is on eBay from Nippon auto parts in Derby.
I just bought a loss of stuff of it. Ka-ching.
