They're FWD and I'm guessing the handling won't be that much better than a contemporary Golf GTi (Which I am familiar with)

If it's just a "thing" I guess I understand as I have plenty of weird car "Crushes" (Skoda 110R/Fiat 850 coupe/Simca 1200coupe anyone?). Just doesn't do it for me.
