iv always looked at rover 600's and thought that needs a bodykit and a massive spoiler
I hit the limiter in my h23 vtec still didn't kick in

I spotted this last night also.

Forgetting the exterior (and it's hard not to) that looks to be quite a sleeper if it was left stock.

that is just one of his rover/h22 ;)
the guy that builds them has 4 of them he has done :o have seen this one driving around. is no faster than any gen4.
he is japanese and says he does this because rover do not rust out as bad as honda :cry:

Why sell a car that's main selling point is its engine conversion and not show any photos of the engine bay?!?
