He doesn't, selling on behalf of a 'friend' and doesn't really have much clues as to sleeves and stuff.

Might be obvious but I'm in discussions and very interested! But just unsure how good it is at the moment.

Unless he has paper work in my eyes it has the value of a standard block...

It's a shame he has no paperwork I don't think there's really any other way to prove its sleeved

Doesnt look sleeved to me. Have s quick google of what a darton sleeved block looks like. Just looks like a closed deck h22
