I'm guessing you'd bolt it through your drive?? Might be a good way to extend my garage the length of my drive :lol:

I wonder how it measures up in a planning sense - if it's used as a permanent structure would you need planning permission?

It's usually only a "permanent structure" if the base is solid (ie: 'permanent')
A few rawlbolts into some local concrete shouldn't offend the local authority.
Alternatively, hold it down with loads of what we used to call coalyard weights, or paving slabs.
Just be aware that it's got a big surface area, should the wind get up.

That's definitely classed as a temporary building, so no planning permission required.
