It may just be me, but I think winning LOTM is a bigger tribute to the owner than the car. The car didn't make or look after itself, the owners have made it so. If I just bought a cracking LOTM worthy car I wouldn't want to take any glory for it.

That's absolutely no offence intended towards Marc. We all know he knows exactly what to do with a car... That's why I just suggested he's able to put his own stamp on it first ;)

Yourself as well... You're making changes and improving what you bought :)

Yea that makes sense now, bit like your 5th gen then, had the basis for a good lude and youve basically took it to that level.

Of course it works with OEM as well. I personally always favour a well modded car, but I certainly respect a well maintained OEM ride as well.

I know what you meant Nathan and was only pulling your leg ;)

However, I am in full agreement with this comment. Personally, If I was put forward at a later date because of the work and changes I had made, I would feel a lot more satisfaction from it.

Although I bought the car and a great example it is, the way that it is is not down to me but Daves hard work and effort to which he should be awarded. If my car is going to be put forward for LOTM as it is, I will deffinately make him aware of the thread so he can see how it progresses. 8-)

I thought about nominating Dino's lude, but didn't because he's just bought it so it's all Darf's work at the moment, but nominating Darf isn't possible because he doesn't have a profile!

So all in all this predicament is all Darf's fault
