I've just been watching the film 'The Revenant' and I spotted a 4th gen. 
It just came into view as one scene was fading into another (5:37 minutes in).
I'd never heard of this film, but it was great if you're into films about the undead.
Here's another scene where our protagonist is talking to the severed head of his mate using a vibrator as a voice box.
