Spotted a red 4G yesterday (Sat 5/1/12) on the road between Turriff and Glendronach distillery. Big chunky front bumper which may have been made out of Lego, and a huge black ironing board on the boot.

Wasn't in my own car, rather the missus's black MG ZT.

Not my cuppa tea, I have to say. I'm probably old enough to be the driver's dad, right enough.

Still, one of only two 4gs I've seen on the road within a 50 mile radius of me in the last year or so ...

Well, there was a guy round the corner from my work in Fraserburgh had a white UKDM 2.3 for a while, think it ended up in Peterhead though I saw it in Fraserburgh again just before Xmas.

Over the last few years, there's been a black BB1 owned by a Lithuanian bloke, and a red 4g of some description that was down at Fraserburgh harbour for a while.

There was also a JDM automatic 2.2 at a village near Fraserburgh that ended up in the scrappy at Rora. That's the one the guy's keeping for me to vulture when I need to. :) Still has front fogs on, which I mean to get off it at some point when the weather improves.

The guy I sold my last Celica (I had 6 of the buggers ...) to, in Dingwall, came down to collect it in his mate's silver BB4 which i think has been sold on now. That Celica is still in bits - think he was going to shoehorn a Beams engine into it but never got finished yet. The Celi was a surprisingly similar shape to the Prelude ...

My car is on Google Street View parked down at the Fishery Office in Fraserburgh where I used to work, from around 5 years ago just after I got it. It was still Milano Pink in those days. :)
