I use a glue dent puller. £200 kit.

Honestly all it does is help improve the profile so I can use less filler. No way near as good as bare metal weld dent pulling I also do.
My honest opinion would be to get a professional Paintless dent removal tech out. Might cost £100 for the roof. If you pull out the headlinning to save money.
