I was thinking about this at work. I think it can be called either, although chances are when it's sunny it'll be open so you're more likely to have the glass shut at night, so it's a moonroof :P productive day at work for me :lol:

I chose to keep the 4th gen mech and just put the 5th gen glass panel and trims in.
That was probably a couple of years ago and I've never noticed it being any hotter etc, in fact it's just nice to have more light in the cabin.
