I knew I should have checked the forum before attempting a home tint!

I just spent a whole afternoon trying to tint my rears... The quarters went great but when it came to the back.... No matter how much I hoovered I kept getting cat hair :-x , at one point my little boy even brought over a dandelion seed head to tell the time with

So I decided after about attempt number 3 to let it dry a bit and see how it looked... Not good.

So I tore it out and spent the next hour trying to get the glue off the window, then another half hour trying to get the little blobs that fell off whilst I was cleaning the window out of the carpet.

So lesson learnt, this is one job for the professionals.

NOOOOOOOOOO hahaha

If you try it again, do it out of the wind and when you've peeled the clear backing off the tint, lay it down over the parcel shelf as a kind of shield.. use plenty of solution, if you see a hair peel the tint back, spray on more juice and pick the hair out. It takes time.
