Ok found the right conversion software after 2 hours looking drokk me, and would you believe the guy that put on disk recorded it from the wrong camera, lol I've got to laugh

Are you able to get it from the correct camera? That is 100% the point of impact as said before. Touch wood, I have never suffered a broken window in any of my cars!!

jobby luck but at least there is no excess to pay!
If they kick up a fuss I have a friend who works for Autoglass who I guess could offer his take, although 1 vs 1 between screen fitters will probably get nowhere
