no the chap at garage is just cutting out the rust area, putting fiber glass in, smooth over, prime, my mate has painted his lude as and did a pretty great job, I was planning to repaint the full car any way once I get the bumpers etc done, happy days

:shock: Oh dear. Fibreglass shouldbt be needed. Cut out, weld fresh metal in, grind down, etch prime and epoxy primed and then nfinished with a skim of filler to shape. Then primed.
