About £200 a side from Honda only. It'll be relatively easily to fab your own as its just straight sections that need replacing.

just cut it out and weld some plate over it once the skirt is back on you cant see it anyway 8-)

yes looks fairly straight forward, luckly they are straight and i only need to go about 1 third of the way, the other 2 thirds are like new, will get some plate and fold it

there is loads of sheet steel on ebay, one seller will even cut to size for me, anyone else need sills while im at it? :P

here we go, two coffee table sills (ex glass and steel coffee table which has been in my living room for around 9 years, my missus brought a new wooden one)

that looks like it will do the job littlefellar - very creative in using the coffee table legs :lol: +rep

get some dynax cavity wax to put in there once its all welded up - you will need to remove the back seats and side trim and then you can treat the arches and sills from inside. i would also take off your roof liner panel at the back and seal up the washer jet as this may be where the water is coming in.
