Nice one Gavin. The carbon fibre wrapped plug cover looks good. ;)

And Nitin, love the chrome one..but don't know how to achieve that finish. :?:

Also, what paint finish is that final blue one do you know?

You know what, I should probably be trying this myself really. When taking off the paint on the letters, to get them back to bare metal, do you then lacquer over the top?

And do you need to polish the bare metal, or treat it, before lacquering?

Sand the letters back after everything is sprayed up and leave it bare. Lacquer will peel away from bare aluminium.
Hence crappy milky diamond cut wheels.
