Dents on creases are more complicated.
There's absolutely nothing at all behind that panel though - it's a void, to the inner wing panel.
So if 'what's behind the panel' is the reason he's giving you as to why he can't do it, I'd say he doesn't want the work for some reason.

As wurly said, dents on creases are more difficult to remove. But most will do it.

TBH that is nothing compared to the large dent I had. My bodyshop fixed it and you cant tell it was even there.

Perfectly removalble by a pdr tech.
Not all Chipsaway guys do pdr. I don't.

nope not really there is a vw garage in Stretford were I work isn't too bad they have sprayed my mugen bumper did a good job
