Rusty discs

Had my new discs and pads on about a month now and as usual the once shiny discs have now gone rusty in the usual places. What is best to use to cover it, some hammerite? And any idea what colour? My car is silver with grey wheels.

I did mine in silver.
I guess any colour would be better than rusty orange. :)

I'd say silver is going to make them look newer for longer, but black is an obvious choice as well. Other than that, it's up to you if you want to be daring ;)

Not sure if Hammerite is the best option for these as it tends to go soft with heat, so could end up with brake dust adhering into the paint as time goes on?

I use black Hammerite or caliper paint. Both seem to work good for me. I used gold Hammerite on my calipers ;)

Thanks guys, think I will go for silver. I did it in black on my last car but that was because the car was black.
