I have tried everything to rescue a spoiler from a similar problem, I even stripped it back bare and hung it in the spray booth for a couple of weeks to dry out, then fibreglass resin all over to make it water tight before 2 pack primer and paint. It lasted about a year before the old spoiler lifted away from the resin due to the water being trapped after it soaked through from the inside. I'd just get a new one.

I have not got a spare £300 at the moment mate. This isn't Honda's we are talking but Toyota with the Lexus premium
