Bodywork restoration following vandalism, advice needed

Around 6 months ago, my prelude was vandalised, when someone decided they had about 10 litres of gloss paint they didn't need, and thought it would be a good idea to tip it all over my lude!! Every panel, plus glass was covered. With the help of a neighbour at the time, i managed to get 90-95% of it off. However she is still covered with loads of specks, and in some hard to reach areas, larger amounts of paint remain. Any advice on best way to remove all these paint specks? I have been using my nails, but in some cases this slightly scratches the paint. As she is black, she looks bad up close. Forgot to say, it was white paint.

I can only think the best way would be to wet sand the areas affected, but as you will have to be super careful, it may be worth finding a top detailer in your area that offer wetsanding with paint thickness readings so they can monitor their progress and not go through the paint.

I'm guessing you have already tried claying it?

No, not yet. I have got most of it off, it's just a matter of the remaining specks of white paint. I will try claying it though.

Solvent based degreaser. I do them on customers cars every week.

There are some right scum around, this sort of thing really annoys me.
Do what ratty says as he is the expert, but I was going to say clay, then get a DA polisher on it.

Thanks for all the advice guys. The main problem is around the windscreen, down by the wipers, this area was full of paint. I think i will need to replace the plastic panel ( not sure what it's called) that runs along the base of the windscreen, as this was in a terrible mess.

Combo approach: degreaser, jet wash, claybar, polish.
