LO ALL :D
While i have been away for Easter i thought i would have a go at making a lower front grille for my 5th Gen , fit isn't quite correct in the bottom left and right corners :roll: .
Looks much better than without one though 8-)

That's quite cool, I wouldn't have thought to do it that way 8-)

Last time I did that I cut the fins out and bonded the mesh on from inside, but your way looks good with the horizontal fin behind it.
