Where to buy window rubber felt tape

That really.
The scraper bars (mouldings that go on the top of the outer door skins) on my 3g are in generally good nick but the felt strip that presses against the window, has come away. They're unobtainable new so repair is the only option.
It looks like it is just an adhesive tape, so should be able to pull it off, clean and fit a new one.
I've looked online and turned up plenty of options for felt rubbers for the window channels, but nothing like this yet. Couldn't even fi nd anything on 3m's corporate site?
Anyone got any ideas please?
