Meshed Grill

Post by Tashini » Tue Apr 17, 2012 12:14 am

Okay, so the bf spent the day meshing the front grills...this was the outcome.

Now, I do like it...didn't think I would. What's everyone's thoughts?

The other half said about maybe spraying the mesh black. I kinda like it the way it is...but not totally sold.

BTW the Mesh is perfectly straight. It is just a shadow on the top one.

Not helpful as the pic is a tad blurry. I'll have to get some tomorrow...

Not my kind of thing, but done right it can look good ;) I think it needs a bit of weather/road dirt though, dunno if it's just the picture/light but it seems ever so shiny!

Good job on getting it straight as well :)

+1 on that, doing the lower grille on my Accord was diabolical. Ended up bolting it and using silicone sealant to stop it flexing.

When you stand back it definitely starts to blend in nicely :)

By the way I hope you like bugs, mesh grilles pick them up by the bucket load
