whats the best way to fix my lights?

Post by Giomani » Fri Apr 27, 2012 9:20 am

I have aquired a 5g vti to go with my 4g 2.0i so I can get some vtecness in my life. It needs a fair bit of work as it has been neglected. The lights have what looks like sun damage in the plastic and one of the fixings has snapped.

What's the best way to polish out the plastic damage and how can I repair the fixing? I still have the bit that snapped off.

This will be my first real project as my 4g was almost mint when I got her, so I may be asking for more help as I go along...

Cheers Merlin, I knew I had seen something like this somewhere.

What about gluing the broken fixing? I don't know that superglue is going to cut it...
