Door section

Hi all. It's time to start tidying up my car. Is the black section that runs up the side of the window removable? Mine are showing a bit of rust so need to be refurbished or replace.

I got some carbon fibre car wrap and covered them

It is self adhesive and I got it cut to size I wanted.
I would post you pics if PB hadn't ruined everthing
