that is a defo improvement on my original. I fitted no6 on the other day and the wood does not flex like the CF at all. Its straight across the top as you would want it.

I want to discuss IV. Im going to get some more perspex.

 go for it mate.

Perfect world, it would follow the line of the headlights to the slam panel and across the top with holes cut through for the grill to mount properly and holes for all the other bits poking out. Be simple enought to mould the part to that shape as it's not huge and doesn't fold back in itself, but, making a good mould in the first place would be absolute hell!

If you wanted to go really nuts with the design, it could then incorporate the 'bad boy' head lights and radiator top mounts all in 1 part (you've already suggested similar James).

Would be the absolute dogs, but I fear it would be a bit of specific look and would probably cost quite a few quid.

Could be done. If someone had the enthusiasm and could make the time to get the complete part made up, cough James cough ;) it could be done.

I think aluminium sheet would better for making the mould than perspex as it's easier to bend and fold. Can use a hammer then too ;)

It's all good. Partying means money for people who hire out party gear which can be spent on said persons lude ;)
