These are no longer available either separately or within the rubber window surrounds. Mine ideally need refurbing. Do they just unscrew from the inside? Or are they also glued in as well?

Any knowledge much appreciated, and best way to bring up to scratch.

Do You mean the vertical black metal strip where the door opens by the glass ?
Mine had s few small rust spots but I just covered mine with 3m carbon vinyl wrap.
Some people have painted them on here I think.
