4G - Removal of wing mirrors?

I have the pages printed from the bible but I was wondering how easy it is to remove them. How long will it take to remove the internal gubbins etc? Im planning on painting them, I have this awesome vinyl dye that is perfect for the plastic.

It's fairly straightforward Merlin, I've done it a few times now.
Once you've done one, the order of the screws etc it all makes a lot more sense and the other one is quicker

Piece of cake to remove them mate, can't comment on stripping them out though as I've not gone that far before.
I'm interested in this dye though...

I originally bought a case to dye my 5G carpet, and probably will still do it. So far I have used it to paint the plastic trim thats under the windscreen wipers, and the nostrils. The finish is great. http://www.vhtpaint.com/products/vinyldye/

Nah, bit scary at first, but teh glass just pops off, once youve done it once you'll see what I mean, it wont bother you then!

Beware the rusted in screws.

I need to do mine again soon, but I can't remember whether I need to remove the whole door card or just the plastic covers. I think it's a door card off job.

Yeah it must penetrate as on either end of the windscreen trim there is soft rubber parts. I painted these as well and after I am able to move the rubber around and twist it without the dye/paint cracking.

Pushki, its just the cover off then you'll have access to the screws

I hope so, but I'm not sure about the electrical connector.
