Wiper Arms

Hi all,
Does anyone know how much replacement wiper arms are likely to cost/where to get them?
Mine are flaky and corroding;
The other alternative is, should I try and re-furb them? Only problem is its gone right up to the joint so I'd have to remove the spring on the back which I don't much fancy my chances with

Also looks like they are aluminium?

Use nitro mors to strip the paint off, give them a good sand, then repaint them.

Got it on the go about 30 minutes ago by seeing how much would come off with a crip wire brush before going any further, in the drill. Unsurprisingly, everything that was loose

Of course now I'll have to high build prime it because its scratched to hell

I'm very tempted to get mine powder coated, anyone does this?
I've painted them before, but I want something more hard wearing.

Have you painted your sills, if not use the paint on them.

eer yeh, i used hamarite rust beater, and only a splash of the grey, but then they are under the plastic skirts
also got a small amount of bubbling again, same spot

seems vanzep was right in his prediction

there appears to be a kind of rubbery substance in part of the rear arch structure which i think hold water
