Front Bumper 4G how do I get this off?

OK its a nice day so I decided to have a look at my 4g which had dumped its aircon oil (or so I thought).

I'd been putting this job off cuz I thought I would need an aircon guy to fix it for me. On closer inspection the oil seemed to have come from the Power Steering where it loops round the front, and a completely empty Power Steering reservoir confirmed it.

I decided to take the bumper off and get a better look. I took the page from the manual and got cracking.... I have freed up the side clips, undone the 2 holding bolts on the inside, removed the clips along the bottom and still this thing wont come off. what am I missing here? I had a look through the forum but I only found 5g help for this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Awesome Pushki, That makes it very clear :) . Rep a plenty!

Only trouble is now is that one of the screws holding the indicator in is so rusted I cant get the screwdriver to bite on it enough to undo it  . Going to have a cup of coffee and think about how to attack that :? .

My solution for this has been to use a 5 or 6mm drill to remove the head of the screw which allows the indicator to be removed. You can then extract the rest of the screw with a pair of pliers. I've done this a couple of times as it's been the only solution I've found that works. Watch out that you don't allow the drill chuck to mark the bumper - hope this helps.

Cheers Dobbs,

I did resort to this in the end, but the head didn't come off and it eventually melted through the plastic of the light. I might need a new light fitting anyway.

I've ordered new screw and holder, so ill see if it goes back together.. I took some pics of it, along with some to identify bolt locations and stuff to add to Pushki' s instructions if I get round to it.
