Import plate on UK 5G rear bumper.....

So, stumbled across a Sparkle Yellow 5G lude on google, and it had an import plate in the ukdm holder. Actually looked decent compared to some UK Honda's with a square plate squeezed onto the boot lid or bumper etc, kinda fitted well and didn't look overly lost in the big UK plate holder.

My question is, will a standard import size plate fit in the space (13" x 7" plate) or would it have been custom made?? I don't have the car with me to check, and want to get a plate ordered up sharpish.

Do you have a link to the pic? I didnt think there was enough room to get a JDM style plate in there.

Here is YellaLudes thread from way back. You might be able to find what he did to get that plate in there ;)

So far ive added the import reg plates, lost the oem reg holder, semi shaved the rear, CF H badge, some JDM(ish) stickers lol, and a richbrook gold tax disc holder  God damn i need more money!

I don't think a jdm size plate will fit :?: I think the UK holder is less than 7".

I reckon a standard UK plate looks better though, imo of course ;)

Jdm square plates on the jdm bumper on the front and rear transform the 5th gen. Hate the uk style. So drab.

Done a quick measure and a 12" x 6" plate will fit in nicely.

Will get 1 ordered up as i quite like how it sits in the bumper above, compared to the standard plate which looks lost in the massive space.

I still don't get why anyone would do that. Fair enough the UK plates are a bit gash but IMO if you're gonna have a Jap plate on the back, get a Jap bumper so the correct surround is there. :|
