Suggestions on fixing rust!

You said the shell was good though yes? So all you need is someone who can do decent weldies?

Just been out to take the rear bumper off my old shell, and the rear arches has bubbled on that

The other bit is ok, but if i'm gonna put new metal on I might as well do the arches at the same time as they will only go anyway

The metal is really thin though as in wing thickness, and i can't weld, I've only got an arc welder which wouldn't do this job

To stop it for now have a look at the Bilt Hamber deox gel and get some acid etch and zinc rich primers, behind the arch is hard to do so just use the zinc rich in a heavy coat and it'll hold it off, the deox can be used on the outside, then wash it off and hey presto, no more rust, acid etch onto the clean metal and it'll keep it held off for a while, if it's gotta do even longer coat the inside of the arch with the dynax spray wax, underbody seal/protect (Bilt sell this if you don't have any) behind the arch liners/around the arches and it'll keep the rust from getting worse for a long long time while you get it fixed properly, give me a shout if you need any more info dude.
