In the exact same boat man, have a chap lined up who is a welder to trade and is going to fab me new bits for the tinworm ridden ones. New metal is usually the only surefire way, but to get that in you need someone who can weld, I got lucky this time!

Do you know anyone handy with a welder?

Yeah, that's the boat I'm in. I got my self a mig, and I'm happy to do stuff no-one will ever see, but for body panels I'm not quite there yet :)

The rear arch is ok at the mo, as much as I can tell. Just i fear i's gonna be bad behind that panel

Think this stuff will be pretty thin, so needs a decent welder, and as i've never welded before... :lol:
