Scotland Wheel Alignment / Geometry Thurs 4th July

Post by Merlin » Thu Jun 27, 2013 2:54 pm

I am just throwing this out there just in case it interests anyone. I am going to get my wheel alignment / geometry tweaked on the afternoon (2pm) of Thursday 4th July at CLCM in Sighthill Edinburgh. I am getting my 5th gen done so will have my 4WS locking pin with me.

Symptoms of poor wheel alignment are squint steering wheel, car pulling to one side, car feeling jumpy, and uneven tyre wear.

If anyone wants to get theirs done at the same time they are welcome to give them a phone and get booked in. The guy is the jobby at wheel alignment and the only place I take my Ludes to.

I did think about tagging you. I think your car will deffo benefit from it.

Off the top of my head it is £40 for 2WS and £60 for 4WS. TBH the price is nothing compared to how it will make your Lude feel 8-) Better balance, grip, fuel economy, and reduced tyre wear.

I was in there today with my dad's Merc.

Anyone wanting to come should book sooner rather than later as the guy is in demand and places fill up quickly. I tried to get my car on after my dads but couldn't squeeze me in, hence going back next week

Could well be up for this! Will let you know - will check with Duncan too.
