South East Meet

Post by ATR84 » Tue Feb 24, 2015 3:49 pm

Looking at this sub forum, doesn't look like a lot of meets happen down this way which is a shame. Would be good to meet some fellow lude owners.

One possible idea would be to meet here - http://classicshowsuk.co.uk/classic-car ... asp?id=920

Thoughts or other suggestions?

Ah I'd be up for this but I'm at the JAE rep meeting. Boo!!!
There's plenty of meets at Ace Cafe though. So I'll be up for one in the future.

I've been thinking along these lines, perhaps we should swap a few ideas about venues and possible dates.

I'd be up for a meet in the area, not much seems to happen here!

I was thinking of somewhere within easy reach of members within about 2 hours or so drive of the southcoast. A suitable venue with plenty of parking space would be good. Mayflower park is good, especially on a Sunday, but bit of a pain for those who do not know the area to drive in to town. Portsdown Hill may be another candidate, plenty of space, and a burger van that's good value.
