If removing the regulator & lubricating doesn't resolve I have a 5G one for sale, works fine :)

I had this problem in a 4th gen, turned out that the window winding mechanism has worn loose inside the door, I had to remove the old rivets and bolt it all up nice and tight, that sorted my window judder..
