If you're in no rush and don't have any spares (but I'm sure you do) I have known working stock leads from my H22A8, yours for postage cost but I won't be able to get them out til Thursday.

OBD1 Phill

I have done the resistor box, fuel pump, dizzy, leads, plugs, injectors, fuel filter and ecu firing on all 4 again now will see if it has cured it tomorrow. Also another problem I got 3 exhaust systems here and all 3 are fooked. I need an after market downpipe used preferably if anyone knows of any? Cheers will post in wanted now.

Valve Clearances sorted it ;)

Matt researched the cause a bit today and found this;
http://www.riderforums.com/zr-7-mainten ... post451011
that's not h-series related but it makes sense if you look up h-series valve seats.

He says the valve seats on the h-series head are relatively soft, which means the valve gets a good seal against the head, which is good for compressions, but over time it wears the seat down slowly meaning the valve ends up slowly receding in to the head over time therefore the top of the valve gets higher up, pushing the rocker arm higher arm and reducing the clearance between the rocker arm and the cam shaft.

The other factor, in addition to valve seats would be the strong springs honda tend to use on their vtec engines that'll have the same effect.

So this issue is definitely solved @Drax?

Only asking as I was due to be going to the PO today to send @Bri stuff but if this is all sorted I shan't bother.
