Mine has the bulb taken out lol. You can put a resistor on the end of the airbag connector, so it still thinks the airbag is still connected.
It isn't an MOT issue having no bulb, not even an advisory.

This is the resistor I ordered (after some research) for my Gen 4 Lude. Not used it yet, as I went back to OEM steering wheel.
TE Connectivity FRN50S Series Axial Thin Film Resistor 2.2Ω ±5% 0.5W ±350ppm/°C
Once you have the resistor in, you will still have to reset the SRS light using the standard procedure for this (just google it)

I assume you ordered a generic hub with srs delete resistor? If so, it's pretty much a shot in the dark on whether the resistor is the correct one for your car.
I have not used the resistors I listed, but I got them based off specs I found on another Prelude forum. This is the link to the article, which goes through the fitting of an aftermarket hub and wheel - http://www.preludepower.com/forums/show ... 441?page=1
Here is the SRS light reset procedure by the way - http://www.preludepower.com/forums/show ... p?t=255215
